GSE was formed in 2001 to provide structural design, analysis and investigation services required by commercial, institutional, multi-family residential and governmental industries. Since its founding by Randy Granzow, the firm has produced a broad range of projects with an impressive variety of clients.
Randy Granzow, PE
Principal
 Randy has 32 years of Structural Engineering experience in the design of commercial, institutional and governmental buildings. Before starting the office, Randy served as Regional Manager of a local Structural Engineering office for nine years.
Debra Pennington, PE
Project Manager
 Debra has 9 years of Structural Engineering experience in the design of commercial and institutional buildings and has been an instrumental part of Granzow Structural Engineers for most of that time.
Yancey Hull
CAD Manager
 Yancey has 30 years of experience in drafting. Fluent in the latest version of AutoCAD, Yancey produces professional high quality structural drawings.
